• Any order marked delivered by the carrier is considered successfully received. In such cases, no refunds or replacements can be issued.

If a return is approved, Lusso Capelli will issue store credit equal to the purchase value. No monetary refunds will be provided. To qualify for store credit, returned items must:

• Be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

• Be reported to us immediately upon delivery

• Pass an internal quality and authenticity check

Lusso Capelli reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.
